2. Hosting and access data

This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH. When you access the site, the hosting provider processes data necessary to deliver and secure the site, including IP address, date and time of access, requested resources and technical browser information. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in operating a functional and secure website).

STRATO states that IP addresses used for attack detection are stored for no longer than seven days. Anonymised access logs may be available for a limited period depending on the hosting functions in use.

3. Contacting us by email

If you contact us by email, we process the information and content you provide in order to respond to your enquiry and, where appropriate, maintain business correspondence. Depending on the purpose, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contractual or pre-contractual steps) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding). Data are deleted when no longer needed, subject to statutory retention duties or other legitimate grounds for retention.

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, tracking tools, externally loaded web fonts or embedded third-party content on this website. Fonts, images, stylesheets and scripts required to display the site are served locally. External websites are contacted only when you actively follow a link to them.

Technical service providers may process information where necessary for hosting and handling email correspondence. A data processing agreement with STRATO applies to relevant processing activities. DSVM Trading does not use data collected via this site for advertising or visitor tracking.
